Studio24.7 Studio Rental — Full Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
• Booking confirmed with full payment.
• Payments are non-refundable
• Bookings can be rescheduled once, subject to availability, if notice is given 15 days before the shoot.
• Late arrivals do not extend your session time.
2. Breakage / Damage Deposit
To ensure the safety and proper care of our studio equipment, a refundable breakage deposit of R750 is required for all bookings. This deposit covers:
• Any damage to studio equipment, including lighting (strobes, softboxes, stands), props, and furniture
• Missing or broken items
• Excessive cleaning required after the session
• Overtime use beyond the booked hours
3. Studio Rules
• No smoking, alcohol, or open flames permitted.
• Only booked clients, models, and crew may enter the premises.
• Noise levels must remain reasonable.
• Children under 10 must be supervised at all times.
• The studio reserves the right to end a session early for rule violations.
4. Equipment & Props
• All studio gear, lighting, and props must be used carefully and responsibly.
• Damage, misuse, or breakage will be billed at replacement value.
• Clients using their own equipment do so at their own risk.
• Studio24.7 staff are available to assist if pre-arranged (additional cost may apply).
5. Time Management
• Setup and pack-down time count toward your booking.
• Exceeding your session time will incur R247 per 15 minutes overtime.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and prepare.
6. Liability
• Studio24.7 and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or equipment damage.
• Clients assume full responsibility for all persons attending the session.
7. Media & Privacy
• Studio24.7 may document behind-the-scenes content for promotional use unless the client declines in writing before the session.
• We respect privacy and will never sell or misuse your imagery or information.
8. Acceptance
• By confirming your booking online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Studio24.7 Studio Rental Terms & Conditions.
