1. General Information: a. Our studio is available for booking by individuals, groups, or organizations for various purposes such as photo shoots, video shoots, and other creative activities. b. All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. c. By booking our studio, you agree to comply with our policies and regulations outlined below.
2. Reservation Procedure: a. All studio bookings must be made in advance through our designated booking channels. Booking times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose sessions follow yours. b. Valid contact information is required at the time of booking.
3. Payment: a. Full payment is required to confirm the booking and secure the studio/photoshoot. A booking is considered “on hold” (not confirmed) until a purchase order or a bank deposit is received. We reserve the right to be paid in full before the session. b. Accepted payment methods include bank deposit, credit/debit cards, or any other methods specified by the studio. No cash payment. c. Additional charges may apply for any extra services or equipment requested.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: No cancelation or rescheduling.  We do not accept any rescheduling or cancellation of reservations.
5. Studio Rules and Regulations: a. The studio premises must be used solely for the purpose specified during the booking process. b. Any damage caused to the studio property or equipment during the booking will be the sole responsibility of the client. c. The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found, and any additional cleaning required may incur extra charges.
6. Safety and Liability: a. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests during the booking. b. The studio will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings during the booking.
7. Additional Services: a. Additional services, such as equipment rental, technical support & etc may be available upon request and subject to additional charges. b. Any additional services requested should be communicated and confirmed in advance to ensure availability.

By booking our studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above policies and regulations.
