Why we use digital props

We photograph your baby on a soft, warm surface and add the basket, nursery, flowers or sky afterwards in editing, rather than posing a days-old newborn into physical props. It is safer and calmer – no waiting while a baby is settled into a basket, nothing shared touching their skin, and far less handling. It also means you are not limited to the few props a studio physically owns: you pick from millions of scenes once you can see how your baby photographed, and the same shot can be finished more than one way.

Bring extra nappies, a change of clothes and a feed. Weekday and weekend slots at both studios. Raw or unedited photos are not supplied.
